Simon Fryer established Fryer Commercial on April 1st 2010.
Simon has been transacting offices and industrial premises throughout the Thames Valley for 30 years. He has an extensive and varied client list. Following a partnership with Campbell Gordon in Reading, he co-founded Fryer Gilbert & Jepps in 1994 which became Fryer Holt, following merger. In 2010, Simon established Fryer Commercial in Bracknell.
In addition to commercial property, lettings, sales and acquisitions, Fryer Commercial handles commercial premises lease renewals, surrenders and ‘regears’, to enable both landlords and tenants to take advantage of prevailing market conditions.
